An email came to me recently with this one-word subject line: Awesome.  The message featured a delightful testimonial from a teenage client, thanking us for her Prom experience.  Here’s what she said:

"Hello Mr. Devlin,

"I just wanted to let you know that we had a great time in the Limo bus on Saturday night.

"What a great evening. I don't know if you need testimonials or not, but if so, feel free to use the following. It might be good to have one from a teen perspective.

"We had a fantastic time in a Limo bus from Premier Transportation.  The bus featured elegance, convenience and ease. The driver was great as was the ambiance. It is perfect for any celebration. Two thumbs up! On a side note:  Tons of buses got lost on the way to the dance and several groups got there more than 45 minutes later than they planned because the limo driver had no idea what they were doing. Tommy, our “Premier” driver, was superb! We got everywhere efficiently and he was very courteous and professional."

It’s always a pleasure to receive such positive customer feedback, and to know that all the effort we put into serving our customers is paying off.  We’re very proud of our chauffeurs, many of whom have regular customers who request them every time!  We’re also very honored to have a loyal customer base, with satisfied clients from many different age groups!
