I wanted to take a minute to let you know how pleased I was with Premier’s service in Dallas on April 9th and 13th. I found Premier on the internet as I was looking for ground transportation in Dallas for 28 Ohio University volleyball players scheduled to be in Dallas for the National tournament at the Convention Center. I wanted one vehicle that could transport all the players and coaches and their luggage and sports bags. I made many, many calls to various companies in the Dallas area and when I hit upon Misty in your reservation department I knew I had found the right company. Misty selected the appropriate vehicle for the group and gave me a cost that was all inclusive, which was important, so we could plan our expenses accurately. Since I was unable to travel with the group I wanted to feel they were in good hands.

On April 9th, in the midst of American Airlines cancelling over 500 flights due to a required maintenance on their MD-80’s, the 28 travelers had their flights changed three times and were re-routed all over the USA…it was a miracle they only divided the teams into two groups and that they all arrived in Dallas on April 9th by 7:30 p.m…10 hours later than their original plans. During all this airline chaos I was constantly calling your staff, once at 1:00 a.m., to advise them of the change in arrival time and Rick and Teddy always assure me that the driver would be there to pick up the group. There was never a hesitancy or frustration in their voice during the many calls I had to make to Premier for all the changes.

Additionally, once the group had arrived in Dallas and had boarded the bus for the trip to the hotel, the team officers notices they were in danger of missing a mandatory meeting at the convention center for instructions for the next day…the driver (AJ?) helped them make their meeting in a timely manner. Also, the driver helped the entire group find food as they were all famished from not eating all day. These extra acts of kindness on the part of the driver helped the group to get back on track both physically and mentally and was a turning point in the trip thus far.

Lastly, due to some software changes in your application, we had a billing discrepancy and when I contact Corey he immediately made the adjustment to ensure our cost was what we had been quoted.

Thanks again for outstanding service to your customer… I would recommend Premier to anyone and only wish we were returning to Dallas next year for the tournament so we could use your service again.

We often don't write when we receive great service so I thought I would take the time to send you this quick note.

We reserved a sedan for a recent trip to Dallas and we were a bit nervous as we found your company website off a Google search. Our trip to Dallas was marred by many mishaps but your sedan service was the highlight of our trip.

Both gentlemen we dealt with were extremely professional and very congenial. The driver from the airport called us when we were late due to waiting for our luggage and assured us that he was right outside the doors ready to drive us to the hotel.

The folks in your office were very helpful as well. I called to let someone know that our arrival flight was delayed 2 hours and I was told you were tracking the flight and not to worry. On our flight home, I called the office to see if we could have an earlier pick up time due to the increase in airport security and you accommodated my request without any hassle.

I wanted to send a thank you to Premier Transpiration for Saturday’s event (Malone Gallo Wedding). We hired four buses for the evening to transport guests to and from the ceremony. Drivers: Daryl Hayes, Derek Moody, Manny Gomez and Chee Neo were incredible. They were all on time and extremely easy to work with. They were prompt in getting to and from each location (especially with it being a Dallas Maverick playoff day).

On September 6, 2009 I made a reservation with your company for a sedan transfer. The agent I spoke to was Corey Witzel. From the beginning of the conversation he was a complete professional. One thing I did learn quickly when acquiring quotes was that often they do not include various charges, especially unless you ask. It was pleasing to find out your Premier Transportation quote was all inclusive.

The reservation process was painless, and I was extremely pleased to receive the PDF confirmation. From that point I knew your company was top notch.

When we arrived, our driver was Mr. Garcia. He was on time and extremely professional. While everyone else at the train station was looking for a taxi, it was great to have a car air conditioned and ready to go. Though I had been to Fort Worth briefly a few summers ago, I had asked with our reservation that we drive through Sundance Square to see a bit of the city and where we would be staying. Mr. Garcia not only took us through this area, he was able to point out several eating establishments that I had not found online, and give a bit of history of the area. It was a pleasure to have him drop us off at the Omni Fort Worth Hotel.

Your website is great. The reservation staff was excellent. Your vehicle was above expectations and your driver was a great balance of friendliness and professionalism. The confirmation process was top notch. For a regular person who works in the services industry, needing a few days off, it was great to start the vacation being treated like a Rock Star by your company.

Too often working in the service industry, we only hear when things go wrong. I wanted to take a moment to recognize your company for doing something right. Many things, in fact. I look forward to using your services again.
