Eric Devlin is the owner and president of Premier Transportation Services ,which he founded in 1996 with two vehicles and three employees. Today, the company has nearly 70 vehicles, 90 employees, many loyal corporate clients, and the Premier Global Network to serve its clients worldwide.
As General Manager, it truly has been a satisfying experience to take part in our growth and success during this past decade. Two aspects of the business I most enjoy are the opportunity to interface with our existing clients – many of whom have become friends – to make certain their transportation experience meets or exceeds their expectations, and to introduce our many services to prospective clients who will eventually become new friends!
I have the opportunity of working in many different areas and everything I do is challenging and exciting -- from coordinating groups, to payroll, to worldwide affiliate relations. Premier’s success is the sum total of many individual efforts, keeping Premier at the top of our industry.
During the years that I have been at Premier, I have been involved in several aspects of the company. Some of you have seen me in the driver's seat of one of our vehicles and I've also been involved in our dispatch department. Currently, I am the one who is responsible for the accounting functions of the company. I always look forward to assisting you with any needs you may have.
I started as a chauffeur with Premier in 2003, and have been the Fleet Manager since 2007. With over 16 years of experience, I understand the business from the most important side -- taking care of our customers. As Fleet Manager, it's also my job to coordinate the purchase, retirement, and overall maintenance of all our vehicles. I love what I do!
As Dispatch Manager, it's my responsibility to schedule and assign drivers for all the runs, as well as manage the chauffeurs during the day and help them if any problems crop up. I started as a chauffeur with Premier, so I know what the drivers need and I know how to handle the various situations we experience with our customers. Dispatch is always a busy place, and I enjoy meeting all the challenges we encounter every day.
I've been with Premier for more than 10 years and every day brings something new and exciting. My responsibilities include taking reservations along with assisting the accounting department. I always look forward to serving the new clientele and our loyal, dedicated travelers that have been with us forever.
My priority at Premier is to liaise with the administrative staff of our corporate clients, arranging ground transportation in Dallas and worldwide. I also take care of our loyal, long-standing families, who have been with us from the beginning, for both their corporate and leisure travel. I am proud to be a part of such an exceptional company.

In 1996, I began my career with Premier Transportation as one of only three chauffeurs. Although now working in the office, I still have the pleasure of serving the very same clients I used to drive all those years ago. I am proud to be a part of a terrific team of people, who have made Premier Transportation grow into a leading transportation company in the industry.
I have been working as a dispatcher for almost 10 years, and Premier Transportation is the best company I have found. I am proud to work with the best in the industry, from office staff to chauffeurs. I really like the variety of responsibilities I have in the dispatch office. Most of all, I enjoy working with the many different people I interact with each day. During the time I've been here, I've realized that Premier has qualities that are hard to find in this day and age - from compassion for others, loyalty of the employees, and a commitment to the clients we serve. I look forward to being part of the team as we grow and succeed in the future.
Since joining Premier from another transportation company, I have been very pleased to become part of a team that is truly committed to customer service. We accomplish this with the hard work of outstanding chauffeurs and dedicated office staff. I started in this industry as a chauffeur, then moved to event management, and now I work in Dispatch for Premier. This has allowed me to experience and understand the whole operation. Dispatching mainly consists of moving puzzle pieces around to accommodate the dynamic schedule required to serve our customers every day.
I came to Premier with over eleven years of experience, both as a chauffeur and a dispatcher. I've had the opportunity to participate in many varied events, both locally and abroad. I also had the privilege of taking part in three Super Bowls as a dispatcher for the NFL Players Association. I enjoy working for Premier because we truly understand that customer service and satisfaction is the ultimate goal.
My main responsibility with Premier is working with corporate group transportation. This often involves multiple pickups at the airport, shuttle buses, and a lot of scheduling changes. Every group is different, and I enjoy meeting the challenges of group transportation that can range from 25 to 600 people. The best part about working at Premier is how well we work together as a team.
My main duty at Premier is to assist our General Manager with whatever he needs. This includes taking reservations, maintaining vehicle records, training chauffeurs, and other general duties. I really enjoy my coworkers and the family environment, and it is a pleasure to work with our clients. We have the nicest customers in the Metroplex!
